Global Veterinary Services
At Global Veterinary Services we provide quality vet care through our clinics and hospital offering a full range of services for dairy farms and companion animals including exotics such as reptiles & birds. Our locally owned family practice has been involved in the Waikato community providing high-quality veterinary services and advice since 2010. Our founder Andrew has been a veterinarian in Hamilton and the surrounding farmlands since 1990s. A high standard of care and strong relationships are at the heart of what we do. And looking after our natural environment is in our DNA. We are also proud to be the Hamilton Zoo vets.

Gordonton: is our main practice, a modern purpose-built companion animal hospital. Offering complete on-farm service and advice for dairy clients and lifestyle blocks. As well as a full range of treatments from vaccination through to surgery for all animal species.You'll find the clinic on the outskirts of Hamilton an 8 min drive from the Rototuna shops at 878A Gordonton Road; look for the large cow and zebra logo on our building.

Whatawhata: is our satellite clinic offering complete on-farm veterinary service and advice. With the clinic doing consults vaccinations and minor procedures for companion animals.
It is located 7 min drive from the Dinsdale Shopping Centre. You’ll find the little clinic at 1 Rothwell Lane next to the friendly Village Café.

Companion animals
From annual vaccinations and health checks, to routine and unexpected surgeries, your cats, dogs and other pets are well looked after by our dedicated team in our modern clinics and hospital.
Exotic animals
We are proud to be an exotic animal referral center. As the vets for the Hamilton Zoo, our team has collectively developed extensive knowledge on birds, reptiles (turtles and Lizards), including rodents and small mammals.
Life-style blocks
With experience treating sheep, pigs, goats, alpacas, chickens, ducks, donkeys and deer, our team has your life-style animals covered. Give us a call, we'd love to meet your crew.

Payment terms
Our payment terms are on the day unless a prior arrangement has been made.
Please note: a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required if you/your pet will not be able to attend your appointment, to avoid a cancellation charge of $79.
2% will be charged monthly on overdue accounts.
A monthly account maintenance fee of $5 will be added if not paid within 7 days.
For all posted accounts a $3 postage fee is also added.
All costs incurred in the recovery of unpaid accounts shall be the responsibility of the owner.
