Production animal emergency after hours service are provided. To proved the best level of emergency cover for farms and our veterinary team, this emergency service is shared with The Farm Vets (https://www.thecowvets.co.nz/) .
All after hours emergencies for companion animals are referred to Waikato After Hours Veterinary Hospital (https://wavh.co.nz/)
Vets and clinics are required to review the details in agreements for service annually
If a visit to animals on farm has not happened within 12 months veterinary care and responsibility terminates

I/we authorize Global Veterinary Services to obtain any relevant records from our previous veterinary clinics

All accounts are due for payment by the 20th of the month following an invoice being issued. A late payment penalty will of 2% monthly will be charged on all accounts which are overdue. As well as a monthly account maintenance fee of $11

All costs incurred in the recovery of unpaid accounts shall be the responsibility of the owner. If a solicitor, debt collector or other such agent, is instructed by Global Veterinary Services to recover money owed, the buyer agrees to pay the solicitor, debt collector’s agent’s reasonable fees and disbursements as charged to Global Veterinary Services in full.

I/we authorize Global Veterinary Services to obtain any such information as it may require for its credit and management enquires from the referees as it considers appropriate. Accordingly, I/We authorize the referee to provide Global Veterinary Services with such information as it may require in response to its credit enquires.

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required if you/your pet/or representative will not be able to attend your appointment, to avoid a cancellation charge equivalent to our current consult fee.
