Please note: a minimum of 24 hours' (one business day) notice is required if you would like to cancel pre-booked appointments, to avoid a cancellation charge of $75.
Cancelled Teat seal/dry cow jobs will incur a 3-hour tech fee per booked tech. to cover the cost of paying techs their minimum rate outside of the 24-hour notice period.
2% will be charged monthly on overdue accounts.
A monthly account maintenance fee of $5 will be added if not paid within 7 days.
For all posted accounts a $3 postage fee is also added.
All costs incurred in the recovery of unpaid accounts shall be the responsibility of the owner.
