Payment terms

Payment is on the day in full upon completion of treatment.

Please note: a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required if you/your pet will not be able to attend your appointment, to avoid a cancellation charge of $82.

2% will be charged monthly on overdue accounts.

A monthly account maintenance fee of $5 will be added if not paid within 7 days.

For all posted accounts a $3 postage fee is also added.

All costs incurred in the recovery of unpaid accounts shall be the responsibility of the owner.
